By purchasing from SiteSetupPro.com, you understand that our services involve custom work, time, planning, setup, and third-party costs. For that reason, refunds are limited once work has started or third-party purchases have been made.
2. Deposits, Project Payments, and Custom Services
Payments for website setup, design, development, and related custom services are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
If you purchase a service and then cancel before any meaningful work has started, we may review the request and issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.
If project work has already started, refunds may be denied or reduced based on:
- Time already spent

3. Domain Registration
Domain registration fees are non-refundable once a domain has been purchased, registered, transferred, or renewed on your behalf.

Add-ons, setup fees, integrations, and custom feature charges are generally non-refundable once setup or work has started.

6. Subscription-Like or Multi-Year Options
If you purchase a multi-year option, prepaid renewal bundle, or similar long-term service option, refunds are generally not available once the service term has been activated or related setup has started.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
